Our product is delivered digitally and includes a one-time transfer of the website design to your Wix account, along with a video tutorial to guide customization. By purchasing from Site Starter Kit, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. What You Are Purchasing

By completing a purchase, you are buying a digital website kit designed and developed by Site Starter Kit, LLC. Your kit will include:

• A professionally designed Wix Studio website
  
• Commonly structured pages such as Home, About, Services, Blog, Contact, Shop, or Packages
  
• Access to a step-by-step video tutorial and written instructions
  
• A single-use, non-exclusive license to use the kit for one business
  
  

The pages included in the kit are delivered as part of the design. It is your sole responsibility to decide which pages to edit, publish, or remove based on your business needs.

3. Delivery Timeline

Your Site Kit will be transferred to your Wix account within 12 to 24 hours after successful payment.

You must have a valid and active Wix account to accept the transfer. Delays in accepting the transfer or failure to access your account may result in expiration or complications, which are outside our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

After receiving the website kit, you are responsible for:

• Customizing and updating the content, images, branding, and settings
  
• Choosing which pages to publish
  
• Connecting your own domain
  
• Purchasing and maintaining your Wix subscription or hosting plan
  
• Managing your site's privacy policy, legal pages, and required business disclaimers
  
• Ensuring your website is legally compliant (e.g., ADA, GDPR, etc.) if applicable
  
  

Site Starter Kit, LLC does not handle any part of the domain, hosting, or publishing process. We do not offer post-delivery customization or editing services.

5. Platform Limitations

All Site Kits are built exclusively in Wix Studio. You are required to maintain a Wix account and are solely responsible for:

• Selecting and paying for a Wix plan suitable for your business
  
• Connecting your domain through Wix
  
• Troubleshooting platform-specific issues directly with Wix Customer Support:

Site Starter Kit, LLC is not affiliated with Wix.com and is not responsible for any changes, errors, or limitations within the Wix platform.

6. No Support or Services Included

Your purchase does not include:

• Technical support
  
• Live customer service
  
• 1-on-1 assistance or coaching
  
• Troubleshooting or design services after delivery
  
  

All support inquiries related to platform functionality must be directed to Wix.

7. License and Use

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site Kit for one (1) business website.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the template or any part of it
  
• Claim the design as your own work
  
• Use the kit for multiple businesses without purchasing additional licenses
  
• Share or clone the template for other users
  
  

All intellectual property, designs, tutorials, and content remain the property of Site Starter Kit, LLC.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed and delivered.

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not guarantee specific results, including website traffic, sales, visibility, or search engine rankings. The success of your website depends on your content, setup, branding, marketing, and use of the kit.

The product is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Site Starter Kit, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, website downtime, or business interruption.

Use of the product is at your own risk.

11. Payment and Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment information. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate billing details at checkout.
